Jay Whitaker, Senior Technical Services Manager at APN Specialty Coatings, brings more than 30 years of experience in concrete coatings. A recognized industry leader, Jay holds AMPP certifications and contributes to ASTM, AMPP, and ICRI organizations.

He has spent his career guiding applicators, solving complex job-site problems, and advancing coating practices nationwide. At ACE, you’ll benefit directly from his expertise, gaining insights you can apply immediately to your projects.
